Tasks and responsibilities ? Achievement of area sales targets through,--Direct sales, retail, appropriate execution of global showroom strategy.--Work closely with regional/national key account management as necessary. ? Effective launch of new and existing product portfolio supported by display and stock mitment.? Effectively use core Grohe sales processes.? Train customers to maximise Grohe advocacy and repeat-purchase. Requirements ? May have degree, possibly quite technically minded and capable of working in a moderately plex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, plex products etc). ? May be less educated but with more experience.? Understands the value of brands and knows how to leverage them in the marketplace.? Knowledge of industry or experience of working 3+ years in parable or related industry. petence ? mercially savvy, astute in negotiations.? Capable of understanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work.? Highly results driven, impeccable integrity and work ethics including an ability to work with moderate supervision. ? Good time manager, for example organising sales routing.? Experience of operating using well-developed and articulated business processes. In particular, understands principles of a structured sale/key account call.
